Rooted in the Garden-to-Table philosophy, this project instills essential life skills, self-sufficiency, and environmental awareness by teaching students’ sustainable food practices while fostering a connection to the land.
Designed to seamlessly connect the indoor learning space to an accessible garden, students can grow and harvest plants and herbs seasonally.
Inspired by MasterChef, the design features a vibrant, open-plan layout which includes a central cooking “stage”. Surrounded by gardens in which students can grow their own vegetables and herbs, the intent is to blend learning with performance in an engaging environment.
