What was once a dark and dated entrance became a bright, welcoming lobby with stone finishes, polished plaster, and feature lighting. The introduction of a new café and restaurant reconnected the building to Shortland Street.

Amenities weresignificantly improved throughout the building including new end of trip facilities. A previously over planted and under-utilised podium terrace was transformed into a versatile outdoor space featuring new planting, furniture, aBBQ area, and a roofed pergola for covered outdoor work options.
