What was once a dark and dated entrance became a bright, welcoming lobby with stone finishes, polished plaster, and feature lighting. The introduction of a new café and restaurant reconnected the building to Shortland Street.

Each floorreceived tailored upgrades reflecting the unique identity of its anchor tenantenhancing variety, character, and wayfinding throughout the building.

Amenities weresignificantly improved throughout the building including new end of trip facilities. A previously over planted and under-utilised podium terrace was transformed into a versatile outdoor space featuring new planting, furniture, aBBQ area, and a roofed pergola for covered outdoor work options.
